Terms & Conditions
1. What we provide
prosoccerbets.com provides football tips as information for adults, who remain responsible for their own choices. The plans and prices are shown on the Price & Payment page. We are not a bookmaker or a gambling operator, and we do not accept or place wagers on behalf of users. Predictions are information and opinion only.
2. Age and availability
The service is for persons aged 18 or older (or the legal age in their country, if higher). The service is not available in all countries. By ordering you confirm that you meet the age requirement, that the service is available where you are, and that using it is lawful where you live.
3. No guarantees
Sports results are uncertain. We do not guarantee any result, profit or outcome. Past results shown on the website are examples only and do not predict future results. Decisions based on our content are your own responsibility. Never use money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the Price & Payment page, in euro. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is made through PayPal or Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. By clicking the payment button and completing your payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we send the prediction to the email address you used for the payment, usually within an hour during our working hours (European daytime). If you also want it at another address, contact us; we then send it there as well, and always to the payment email too. Delivery is complete when we send the email. Where a product covers several days or a month, the period is paid in advance, does not renew automatically, and the predictions are sent on each day we publish one during that period. You are responsible for checking your inbox and spam folder. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your email provider, spam filters, a full mailbox or an incorrect address. If you do not see the email, contact us and we will resend it once, if the matches have not started.
6. Non-delivery
If we have no prediction for the day you paid for, or the matches of that day have already started when we process your order, you will receive the prediction for the next day on which we have one, at no extra cost.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before the prediction has been delivered by emailing [email protected]. Once the prediction has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, except where required by law. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Content and intellectual property
All content on the website and in our emails belongs to us. It is for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, publish or share it.
9. Accuracy and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or delays. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Changes
We may update the website, the service and these Terms. The version in force at the time of your payment applies to that order.
11. Disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact your national consumer protection authority or an out-of-court dispute resolution body in your country.
12. Delivery problems and your rights
If we do not deliver the prediction you paid for, deliver it after the matches have started, send a different prediction from the one you ordered, or if a technical error on our side prevents delivery, please tell us by email. We will put it right by sending the correct prediction, or the next available one, at no extra cost, or, if that is not possible or you prefer it, we will refund the price you paid for that order. A prediction that turns out to be wrong is not a defect in the service, because predictions are opinions. These remedies are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which these Terms do not limit. The fact that a prediction has been sent does not remove your legal rights if the service was not provided as agreed.
13. Right of withdrawal
Your prediction is a digital service that we deliver straight after payment. By paying, you expressly ask us to start immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the prediction has been delivered. Until delivery, you may cancel the order and we will refund the price you paid. To cancel, write to [email protected].
14. Order confirmation
Your payment confirmation from PayPal or Stripe and the email with your prediction are the confirmation of your order. These Terms & Conditions stay available on this page, and you can save or print them at any time.
15. Complaints
Please send complaints to [email protected] or call +359899164444. We will reply within 14 days. You can also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection or the consumer protection authority in your country.
16. Third-party materials
Team names, logos, statistics and other third-party materials shown on the website belong to their owners and are used for information only. Our copyright covers our own texts, analyses and design. It does not give us exclusive rights over facts, results or predictions as ideas.
